About Chef Mitch


Chef Mitch is no stranger to the food industry considering he started as a busboy when he was 12. Since then, he’s literally grown up in the restaurant business, until 2016 he lived and worked in a resort area, Ocean City, Maryland.  Working in this town is truly a unique experience that few people possess. It's unique in its incredible high volume characteristic, one that makes it very challenging to work in. Chef Mitch has been the executive chef and sous chef at some of the area’s most acclaimed restaurants. 


On top of 18 years of hands on experience in the business, Chef Mitch was classically trained through a culinary arts program accredited by the American Culinary Federation Education Foundation’s Accrediting Commission. Among his many accolades he was also featured on Food Networks hit show "Cutthroat Kitchen" in 2014.

Now located in Florida, Chef Mitch has joined the food truck movement with his own Gourmet Food Truck.
